Gentle tools to support clarity, understanding, and inner well-being

“Take what helps. Leave what doesn’t.”

This free audio series gently explores some of the most common beliefs many people carry when they’ve struggled for a long time — especially the belief that something is wrong with them.

These recordings aren’t about fixing yourself.
They’re an invitation to pause, reflect, and notice something quieter and kinder beneath the noise — the part of you that has never been broken.

Each audio reflection is short (around 2–3 minutes) and is offered as a standalone piece.
You’re welcome to listen in any order, or simply begin wherever feels right for you.

The Myths of Being “Broken” – Free Audio Series

This free resource includes:

  • A short introductory audio

  • Six myth-based audio reflections

  • A gentle closing reflection

You may notice moments of recognition, ease, or quiet insight as you listen — all of which are completely natural.

How to Listen
  • When you click a button, the audio will download to your device
  • Once downloaded, you can listen in your own time — on your phone, tablet, or computer
  • You may find it easiest to listen somewhere quiet, though headphones are optional
  • There’s no right or wrong way to listen — pause, repeat, or skip as feels right for you

If anything feels unclear or uncomfortable, it’s okay to stop and return another time.

Take your time. You can begin whenever it feels right.

Before you begin, I just want to share this.

There’s no right way to move through these pages, and nothing you need to do with them. You don’t have to read in order, reflect, or understand anything as you go.

This PDF is simply a quiet companion to the audio reflections — something to sit with if it feels supportive.

You may find it’s best read on screen, slowly, rather than printed. If you feel done at any point, that’s enough. If something resonates, you can stay with it.

And if nothing does, that’s okay too.

Nothing here is meant to change you.

Nothing here suggests you need fixing. You’re welcome to begin wherever feels right.

There’s nothing to complete and no right way to use it.

If it supports you, it’s here

If not, you can leave it.
